Aguila de Herencia consistently passes on to his offspring his beautiful headset, powerful hocks, balanced features, straight legs, and quick gait. His bloodlines also include Bochica, Pistolero, and Resorte Cuarto twice. His foals are eligible for the Breeders Sweepstakes and the Piedmont Futurity. In 2008 one of his colts won first place in the Breeders Sweepstakes, earning his owners several thousand dollars. Aguila consistently earns first and second places in the Pleasure Stallion classes in regional shows. In 2006 he earned the Reserve National Champion Performance Stallion in Junior Division. In 2007 he earned the title of Third National Champion A/O Pleasure Stallion. Aguila was only shown lightly in 2008, still winning the Great Lakes Paso Fino Horse Association High Point Pleasure Stallion award.
